Status of brickwork to Assembly Hall. Hutton confirm that setting out issues have been addressed.

Plastering underway on Classroom ground floor

Condensation to omnia noted on Ground floor classroom ceilings

Water ingress from above onto newly plastered classroom (ground floor)

Vertical cladding and cavity wall work to link not yet underway.

Issue with pipework in front of clerestory

Run off from roof works along Ingrave road elevation of Classroom Block. Hutton have been advised and will clean.

Triple arch brickwork has arrived on site ready for installation.

Fireline to Otway Ground floor ceiling: CVA to confirm if skimming is required above suspended ceiling.

Otway ceiling linings under way, additional layer of plasterboard required. Insulated lining around rooflights will need to be cut back to achieve splayed reveals with final layer of plasterboard.

Otway roofing complete, awaiting rainwater goods.

Vale Interiors have raised a question about the method of hanging the lowered ceiling off the raked structure, particularly the fixing to the primary steel.

Hutton to ask how internal wall lining & build-up above long opening to Assembly is supported.

Hutton to ask how floor joists of plenum are picked up at Assembly external wall
