Hutton to ensure that refurbished existing plaster to be brought back to provide a good key for new plaster.

Final lining to high level Otway ceiling being installed to ensure clean junctions around roof form.

Pipework installed prior to completion of plasterboard. If bulkhead cannot be made to perform in an acceptable acoustic/fire performance, Hutton must propose remedial solution.

Two options for additional new bricks to Otway to match existing. Brick on top agreed to be the best match.

Route of rainwater downpipe in link at the external wall of Otway to be resolved.

Acoustic and thermal linings to Classroom chimneys and also structural straps underway.

Rainwater outlets to Classroom, internally routed from gutter largely complete.

Rooflights installed from within 2F classroom.

Hip of roof discussed on site with view to omit ventilated tiles.

Damage to roofing panels, roofer to advise on edge of tiling over gutter.
