100824 Site Visit

Assembly Hall gutters, to replace previous incorrect installation arrive on site
First AH gutter is moved into place by DGT. 
Water still pouring onto Assembly Hall floor.

Soffit of suspended Assembly Hall ceiling being installed with unistrut drops below for ductwork support and acoustic panel support.
Fixing of AH ceiling up to high level structure
Extent of AH ceiling at end of site visit with opening for rooflight
Otway House entrance hall with existing tiling below protective flooring, fixing of radiator R9 here to be clarified.
OH, fixing of radiator R12 on existing tiled floor
Floor joists in place on OH ground floor abutting windows to be boarded from inside
Insulation to Otway rafters not completed, insulation on site
Breather membrane and battens laid onto majority of Otway roof
Stepped central valley gutter, now in 5 bays, being formed
Rooflight openings adjacency to valley board. Note that bottom rooflight will be 150mm above shown opening.
Leadwork being prepared
Lead valley with brather membrane and eaves felt dressed over & into valley. Lightning conductor's contact with lead valley has been flagged up in site visit report.
Correct line of Otway eaves following amendments discussed with roofer at previous site visit
Reduced fascia board depth to achieve required last slate level with vent
Salvaged slates ready to be laid onto visible face of Otway roof

Otway - Assembly link at first floor. Steel installation internally and externally to be checked with respect to protecting the adjacent voussoirs arch (out of picture)
300x200 flush access panel at high level required in Otway at riser 2.
small 150x150 flush access panel at low level . NB. If control levers (above) can be moved to this level then one hatch would be preferable and more convenient for maintenance.
